Australia FREE shipping on all Australian domestic purchases over $300 and $10 shipping on purchases under $100. Australia-wide, delivery between 2 to 4 business days (depending on location). Express shipping is $20 and is delivered between 1-4 business days. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch.

Returns and Refund policy: Birds of a feather Couture is committed to the satisfaction of our customers but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or like a refund or exchange an item, we offer a 7 day money back/exchange guarantee of day of purchase on Full Priced items only (not including postage) Purchases made on sale stock will be entitled to exchange or credit note only.

Purchases made with a credit note will not be entitled to a refund, only exchange. Custom orders are non refundable, an exchange or credit note can be issued. All items need to be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed with all tags and packaging in place. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of any additional postage.
