Australia

FREE shipping on all Australian domestic purchases over $100 and $7 shipping on purchases under $100. Australia wide, delivery between 2 to 4 business days (depending on location).  An email will be sent to confirm dispatch.  

International Orders

$20 flat rate shipping on all International orders, delivery between 7 to 14 business days (depending on location). If a tracking number or Express shipping is preferred please contact us at boafcouture@gmail.com.

Custom Orders

Generally production time is between 14 to 20 business days for custom orders.  If you require your item on a specific date please contact us at boafcouture@gmail.com to make appropriate arrangements.

Returns and Refund policy:

Birds of a feather Couture is committed to the satisfaction of our customers but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or like a refund or exchange an item, we offer a 7 day money back/exchange guarantee of day of purchase on Full Priced items only (not including postage)  Purchases made on sale stock will be entitled to exchange or credit note only. Purchases made with a credit note will not be entitled to a refund, only exchange.  Custom orders are non refundable, an exchange or credit note can be issued. All items need to be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed with all tags and packaging in place. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of any additional postage. Just contact us at boafcouture@gmail.com to confirm your return (all refunds will be approved upon management discretion).

We recommend using a traceable shipping method as to avoid any mishaps.  The responsibility of lost or undelivered parcels is beyond our control.
